I filled my nasolabial folds and under eyes over 2 years ago. There is still lumpiness. I got hyaluronidase for the eyes only and even after that it helped but didn't completely get rid of it. Yes I know it was Juvederm Ultra(not Voluma) that was injected and it shouldn't be injected under eyes anyway. However no one seems to give me an answer for why I still have issues. Can it be scar tissue or that it just dissipates slow with some?

Thank you for your question. Ice should not affect the filler after the injection. Ice should only help with the redness as well as the swelling after your procedure. Bromelain is also a homeopathic method that should help with swelling. Best of luck!
