I filled my nasolabial folds and under eyes over 2 years ago. There is still lumpiness. I got hyaluronidase for the eyes only and even after that it helped but didn't completely get rid of it. Yes I know it was Juvederm Ultra(not Voluma) that was injected and it shouldn't be injected under eyes anyway. However no one seems to give me an answer for why I still have issues. Can it be scar tissue or that it just dissipates slow with some?

Answer: Why is my face not returning to normal? Thank you for sharing your excellent question and I am sorry to hear of your difficulties following filler placement. Any filler can last for a much longer period of time in the undereyes, especially if a large deposit was accidentally placed initially. I would see your injector about having additional hyaluronidase injected to remove residual filler to restore your previous appearance. Hope this helps.

Answer: If this was me, I would highly recommend going back more than once and get them all dissolved. Thank you for your question. If this was me, I would highly recommend going back more than once and get them all dissolved. Very rare but granuloma can form causing those bumps. Therefore have them inject Hylenex to reverse it. I've injected fillers to under eyes all the time however I use a product call Versa. Less swelling occurs with this. Best of luck!
