I’ve seen on many RealSelf post that doctors say to ice the area after fillers to make swelling go down. However, when I got my lips done today my injector told me to not ice the area, not even after 42 hours because this will cause the filler to travel. So I just want more opinions on if I could ice it or not, and if not can I have other suggestions to make swelling go away quicker?

There is no reason to be concerned. Antibiotics are used quite frequently for various infections in patients with existing filler and there has been no evidenced that the use of antibiotics affects filler's longevity nor their expected metabolism.
