I work with mental health patients and one of them bit my boob. It was slight and brief but hard enough to bruise and break so surface level skin without bleeding. It wasn't a full on grip thankfully because of my bra. He just caught a small part of my boob. Is it likely that my implant would have been damaged? I had under the muscle breast implants.

If you are very active, especially with running, go with something smaller, between 300 to 350 cc's. The rice bag trick is probably better since you can see on you and feel the weight. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and ask to try on sizers to be certain.
