Hi! I am a 23Y/O female, about 140 pounds, and 5' 5". I am not over weight by any means and yet I still have this double chin look going and of course when I do gain weight it does get worse but regardless if I'm 140+ or below, I still have a double chin. What would be some options to fix my issue or atleast make it look better? Or is this something I will just have to live with?

Answer: Options to fix double chin You appear to be a good candidate for liposuction under your chin and augmentation of your chin with an implant. Both of these procedures would help to balance your profile. Other options to improve the double chin would be Kybella injections or CoolSculpting.

Answer: Double-Chin Your issue is a very common one, and it is not a weight issue, but genetic. From the photos you you are an excellent candidate for a sub-mental liposuction and an extended chin/ jawline augmentation. At your age this is the perfect time for this type of procedure. The best thing is to consult with an experienced facial plastic surgeon for an evaluation to discuss your options.
