Hi! I am a 23Y/O female, about 140 pounds, and 5' 5". I am not over weight by any means and yet I still have this double chin look going and of course when I do gain weight it does get worse but regardless if I'm 140+ or below, I still have a double chin. What would be some options to fix my issue or atleast make it look better? Or is this something I will just have to live with?
Answer: Double Chin Choices--Kybella, Thermage, VASER, ThermiRF, Exilis, Buccal Fat Pad Reduction There are a few options. I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative with or without thermage/ultherapy/exilis. Your chin is proportionally small, which makes your neck look more saggy and will always be the case without a chin implant. I would not waste money on options to just remove the fat- your anatomy is working against you. Consider a consultation with photo morphing to show you what can be accomplished. Good luck!

From the photos you you are an excellent candidate for a sub-mental liposuction and an extended chin/ jawline augmentation. At your age this is the perfect time for this type of procedure.
