What degree of sagging do I have? When I did the pencil test my nipple was above or right at it. My breasts just feel deflated. Wondering if I can get by with high profile implants instead of a lift

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any effective non-surgical solutions to fix this problem. Options such as fillers will only temporarily improve things. Again, with dubious results.

A breast lift will provide the changes you've listed. It will shrink the areolas, lift the breast tissue and recontour the lower pole of the breast. The lift will also improve the upper pole fullness. If you want more volume than you currently have, fat grafting may be a very nice option for you...

Five weeks is still early, it can take several months for the tissue to settle down.
