Can I get by with high profile implants instead of a lift? (photos)

Thank you for your post and photos. Although it's difficult to determine without examining you in-person, it appears that you may benefit most from a breast lift in combination with a breast implant placement.  Placement of implants alone, might not give you a satisfying result. 
As always, I recommend that you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon and have a thorough discussion of your concerns, goals and desired outcome. Your surgeon will be able to provide more accurate advice to help you achieve the look you want. It might also be of help to choose a provider who offers 3D animation software, so you can virtually see how you may look like after surgery, with an augmentation only, and an augmentation with a lift.

Your nipples are located below your breast fold, so a lift would be recommended. Without a lift, your implants would sit unnaturally low on your chest and you’ll most likely be dissatisfied with your results.
