After reviewing your photos, although limited, you may be a candidate for a nonsurgical rhinoplasty for one indication only: "hiding" a dorsal hump. This will not make the nose smaller technically, but it may appear more balanced from a profile view. I recommend consulting with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who is comfortable with surgical AND nonsurgical rhinoplasty who will provide you with all of the options available. Best wishes!
A non-surgical nose job:1) can **only** make a nose larger2) is almost *never* a good idea.I know there's lots of writing about non-surgical nose jobs out there, but really, 99.99999% of it should be ignored. You have a hump and a tip that projects strongly forward from your face. Those features are correctable only with a surgical rhinoplasty.Hope that helps!
Dear Hellokitty333 in Palmdale:You may be satisfied with a nonsurgical rhinoplasty. I would like to see more views, but you havea small bump, and you can obscure the bump by injections above and below andcertainly you should consider that. Youmay want to do some homework on that subject and consider both a temporary anda permanent filler. Good thinking! Bestwishes,RobertKotler, MD, FACS
Hi and thanks for your question. Non - surgical nose jobs place filler in the nose to even it out and are indicated for small depressions/deformities. The photos of your nose are incomplete but a non-surgical nose job would make your nose larger which is not what you nor most patients want from a procedure. I would see a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to examine you and make a game plan. Best of luck.
A non-surgical nose job involves placing temporary fillers in the nose to make a taller, bigger, and wider. It is not FDA approved, and can have significant complications. A surgical nose job involves permanent changes to the nose such as shaving down a dorsal hump, adjusting the tip as necessary, and narrowing the bridge.
