I had a garlic burn in my facebook over all the new skin had came...but the area is still becoming dark brown...can you please suggest me any oinment for removal of dark brown dead skin area.

To strengthen the skin where the scars caused dermal weaknesses is an excellent way to reduce the structural chaos that scars are. The deepest areas will be corrected. After that, a superficial 'global' treatment like fraxel laser or peeling will further soften the surface.

I would suggest an in person consultation with an expert for evaluation. Silicone based scar gels may help. Scars can be improved with lasers, microneedling, and surgery. Hypertrophic scarring can be treated with lasers along with steroid/5fu injections. Please seek an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
