What's a recommended treatment for boxcar scars on cheekbone? They're about a year old

Hello, I am looking to improve these scars on my cheek, they're about a year old at the most. They're mostly only visible under indirect/angled lighting. I've done a couple of treatments with 0.5mm dermaroller and one with a 1mm dermastamp since February-March, but I don't think there's any visible improvement. (The photo is from April) I'm also trying Tretinoin 0.05% and I think one boxcar scar on my other cheek has improved slightly. I'm going to try SECRET RF this week, as well. Thank you.

This can be removed surgically or sometimes improved with fillers. please see a board certified cosmetic dermatologist or body contouring specialist.  Best, Dr. Emer

I would suggest an in person consultation with an expert for evaluation. Silicone based scar gels may help. Scars can be improved with lasers, microneedling, and surgery. Hypertrophic scarring can be treated with lasers along with steroid/5fu injections. Please seek an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

I would begin conservatively with application of Plato's Scar Serum, light chemical peels to exfoliate pigmentation, and Melarase to avoid hyperpigmentation. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
