Dear doctor, recently I had taken (Kidney) Function Test, Liver Function Test, Testosterone and Estrogen test all the test result are within normal range only Total Bilirubin is 34 UMOL/L. My question are is there any other blood test I should get to rule out the cause of gynecomastia? I have search some of the info in internet but I'm sure they are correct that's why I trust this site more than other. :) Many thanks and your help is very very much appreciated.

Answer: Find the right surgeon to get a formal diagnosis.
Six weeks post-op from gynecomastia surgery, your chest should generally feel much better than in the immediate post-op period. You may experience some residual soreness, swelling, or mild discomfort, but these symptoms should have significantly improved compared to the initial recovery period....
You appear to have mild gynecomastia based on the photos. Weight loss rarely changes breast tissue volume significantly but it's certainly worth a shot. The good news is that this is easily correctable with surgery.
Without an evaluation or a photos I cannot say if you have gynecomastia or not. You should schedule and appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon.
