Blood test to rule out gynecomastia?

Question

Dear doctor, recently I had taken (Kidney) Function Test, Liver Function Test, Testosterone and Estrogen test all the test result are within normal range only Total Bilirubin is 34 UMOL/L. My question are is there any other blood test I should get to rule out the cause of gynecomastia? I have search some of the info in internet but I'm sure they are correct that's why I trust this site more than other. :) Many thanks and your help is very very much appreciated.

Healthy male patients with excess breast tissue or unwanted breast development who have no underlying breast disease.Men who desire improved physical and aesthetic appearance should have realistic expectations based on their condition and the procedure performed. You should meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to be able to get a formal diagnosis and to be able to decide on a course of treatment if necessary.

Depending on the history of medication use and the physical examination to rule out hypogonadism there are no other tests to rule out other causes of gynecomastia. It is likely your inherited predisposition and possibly diet and body habits contributing to the cause. If in doubt have a trained plastic surgeon examine you to advise you further. Hello and thank you for your question. The diagnosis of gynaecomastia is made after a physical examination and there are no blood tests that will help to diagnose it. The blood tests may help will looking for the causes, like your hormone profile etc. If the bilirubin is slightly higher than normal, you should get these results and yourself checked over by the doctor who requested them.Please see a qualified and  certified cosmetic surgeon for your gynaecmastia query.
