I have round shaped forehead with flat brow ridges which make my forehead look protruded. Is there any way to fix this? (Photo)

Hello. My brow ridge is totally flat. Plus my forehead is quite big and round like a convex lens with no horizontal depression. Because of this, my forehead looks like it's protruding, specially just above the nose. I have a v shaped jaw which makes the head look more weird. I haven't seen anybody ever with shape like this. I want to know: 1. Is it a problem? 2. Is there any way to change this awkward shape? 3. If there is, where can it be done and how much will that cost?
