My head/face is peanut shaped, would hairline lowering make a difference? (photo)

My head/face has a peanut shaped look. Above my cheak bones dip in (temple area) so the bottom half of my face is wider than my forehead. I have high cheak bones and Also my forehead is around 7cm which does not help. What can I do to fix this? Is there a procedure where I can get a more rounder look? Would hair line lowering make a difference? Thank you

Endotine is a temporary device that is placed in the deep tissues to decrease and spread tension on the wound closure. It will absorb in 8-10 months. I have used these devices in cheek, brow and forehead lifts for many years only in patients whose wound closures are tight.
