Some surgeons promise by their own method of threading and sewing the skin with PDO thread and others suggest that they will use either the least or max amount of endotine to hold the hairline in place. I am wondering if it is safer for me to have the surgery without using any endotine to minimise the side effects of termorary/permanent hair loss? I am an East Asian woman in my mid twenties, with no family history of thinning hair/baldness and/or excessive hairloss of any form.
