Does saline spray effect your end result on a FUE? 2 days post-op.

I'm from Sweden and i'm post 2 days after a fue made here in Sweden and just wonder one thing. My doctor Didn't give me No saline spray for the aftercare. Only careful Washing from the third day with 2 different schampos/sprays. Will that make my result worse? Im Very worried and would really appreciate your answers. Thank you.
