Old FUT scar hurts after new FUE - I am 1 week post my FUE.

Hey, I had a FUT 5 years ago. The pain after my FUE is still here, specially in the area of the old FUT scarf. Is there any explanantion for it? The skin is different? All in all the donor area looks great, but the pain in the FUT scarf area is still there and it is not easy to sleep. Thanks!

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  Some doctors do not use saline spray.

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.Recent accutane use will not be advisable if you are considering surgery.

Testing positive for hepatitis should not be an issue with respect to having surgery.  However, you need to inform your doctor of your medical history.
