I had two hair transplant operation, both FUT seven years ago, how many approximately could be extracted from my existing donor region ? is it possible 2000-2500 graft by FUE method ?

In general, an average caucasian male has about 8000 donor graft available to them over their life time.

Based on the photo, and your history of two FUT procedures, it appears that your donor area is thinned. It may be possible to perform a FUE procedure, but likely difficult to harvest 2000-2500 grafts.  It would be best for a physician to examine your donor in person to give you a more accurate determination.

The permanent zone is the darker area of your donor and probably would support 2500 grafts. The strip surgery may be the better option as it keeps the harvest in the center of the permanent zone.

As per the picture you have shared, it seems you have very thing hair and very low density too in general. It is unlikely for FUE to yield around 2000 to 2500 grafts in your case. Although, we believe 1200 to 1300 grafts might be possible to be extracted from the back of the scalp and if you have enough body hair and good beard density then the rest of the requirement to fulfil 2000 to 2500 grafts can be taken from here.
