Do I have enough hair for second FUE on my donor?

It would be almost impossible to say if you have enough donor hair without an examination.  It would be best to see a doctor if you are considering another surgery.

Yes I think you have enough number of grafts on your donor site to cover the vertex area. But we have to see your photos  in order to understand the problem you have and estimate how much graft do we need to cover area .We can get approx.1000-1500 grafts from beard and 1000 grafts from chest region ..

Please post pictures for us to give the better advice. As per what you have said, 4300 grafts is a lot and might have already made the donor area quite depleted or less dense. Now it absolutely depends on your current condition if you have more hair at the back of the scalp; which is the donor area for transplant in crown. Usually it’s unlikely to be extracted more. Although as you rightly said, body hair transplant is quite successful in such cases. The first place which we can consider in alternate to scalp hair is beard. As it have a similar growth, quality and attains considerable length. Later we can try to explore chest hair as you said you have in excess. Please know any of body hair is used not as a primary donor hair but just to have the coverage. So we believe crown is the best place to get the body hair transplant done.
