The technique involves gathering skin along the vertical limb of the incision as well as around the areola.  This will take a long time to flatten out.  Revisions are common with this technique.

It is much likely by the look that you received the excellent Lejour mastopexy/reduction mammaplasty; this technique is renowned by massive rippling from the vertical scar, which takes months to disappear. The biggest advantage of the Lejour mammaplasty is the avoidance of the horizontal branch of the T scar, which definitely outscores the inconvenience of the rippling, which is merely temporary and needs no revision in most cases.If I would be your surgeon I'd be also non perturbed.

There are different dissolvable stitches and they take different times to dissolve, some like 3 weeks, others about 6 months. But there is also some scar tissue under the skin and where the stitches were placed, and in the first 3 to 6 months, works, like a glue, and attaches all the tissues together making them feel hard and uneven, and that may take about 6 months to even out.

Thanks for your pictures.  If your surgery was fairly recent then the incision quality should improve. The time it takes for internal sutures to dissolve depends on the type that were placed 

You certainly have some lumpiness of the skin.  If you are over 4 weeks post-op from your last procedure, massaging aggressively would be indicated.  If this does not help, a scar revision would be a consideration.
