I had a breast lift and tuberous breast correction on December 3rd. My right nipple is too high within the areola and to me looks a bit unnatural because of it. What can be done to correct this or fix this down the road? I ask you to please not respond with a discouraging "it's too early to know your final results". I am having bad anxiety over this and the chance of this "correcting" over time is slim. I need to know if this is something that can be fixed or if I'm stuck with these results.

A breast lift is not a particularly physiologically stressful operation. With clearance from a cardiologist you should be able to have this operation done safely.
The distance from the bottom of your areola is much too long. This is what comes of trying to avoid the horizontal incision. to rectify the problem a more conventional mastopexy approach will be required in the revision.
