Is it possible to trim the cartilages down to achieve a similar result as the morph I made? (Photos)

While a bulbous tip can be addressed with rhinoplasty, only a personal evaluation can determine the appropriate surgical technique to achieve it. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. Your surgeon will assess your nose, discuss your concerns and goals, recommend the best surgical approach, use digital photography to show projected results, and ensure the best possible results.

It is possible to trim down the cartilage, but there is a limit -- and you do not want to take away too much and risk a nostril collapsing. As a board certified plastic surgeon who has been performing rhinoplasty surgery for decades, I usually advise patients that the goal should be to improve the nose, but not make you look like you had a rhinoplasty. In my opinion, your morph, while achievable surgically, is not representative of a good result. It looks over-skeletonized and would distract from your handsome bone structure, as well as not ageing appropriately with you.. Educating patients about ways to improve their looks is something I truly enjoy, and I urge you to find a surgeon who will spend time with you discussing what a harmonious, handsome outcome would look like. (I hope you don’t take offense to my opinion of your morph, but I would be doing you a disservice if I didn’t share my opinion.)

Dear. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will need to get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
Of course , with the rhinoplasty your desires are achievable .
