Is it possible to trim the cartilages down to achieve a similar result as the morph I made? (Photos)

Refining the nose tip. So the tip of my nose lacks Shape and looks a bit bulbous, it’s also uneven. Is it possible to trim the cartilages down to achieve a similar result as the morph I made? Or is it impossible to achieve such a result? It makes a great difference in my opinion..
