Is it possible to trim the cartilages down to achieve a similar result as the morph I made? (Photos)

It is possible to trim down the cartilage, but there is a limit -- and you do not want to take away too much and risk a nostril collapsing. As a board certified plastic surgeon who has been performing rhinoplasty surgery for decades, I usually advise patients that the goal should be to improve the nose, but not make you look like you had a rhinoplasty. In my opinion, your morph, while achievable surgically, is not representative of a good result. It looks over-skeletonized and would distract from your handsome bone structure, as well as not ageing appropriately with you.. Educating patients about ways to improve their looks is something I truly enjoy, and I urge you to find a surgeon who will spend time with you discussing what a harmonious, handsome outcome would look like. (I hope you don’t take offense to my opinion of your morph, but I would be doing you a disservice if I didn’t share my opinion.)

If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
