Your nose may still have some swelling and changes in store until that time. If the bump is still there after a full year, you should have it evaluated. You may need a revision rhinoplasty.

Hi there,In rare bump reccurencies may occur. This is generally because of two reasons: 1- New bone formation called callus in the bump area. 2- Periosteum (tiny membrane covering the bones) heypertrophy. In these cases unfortunately medical treatments or massage will not work. A minor revision surgery stands like a good solution to fix the bump reccurence.

It looks like your bridge wasn’t taken down enough but the swelling hid it. Should be a straightforward revision

Swelling in your nose is probably due to bone hump, revision surgery can be performed after completing the 1st year

When i check the nose and try to understand why there is a residue hump, i can easily say that the main cause of the hump is due to nasal tip drop. For my opinion, i recomend to wait at least two months more and revision rhinoplasty to increase tip rotation. The other solution can be nasal fillers.
