I’m a 20F and got a septorhinoplasty 10 months ago. My nose was perfect when the cast was removed, but after the 2 month mark there started growing 2 bumps( it looked like 1, but you can feel 2) and between them you can feel a small dent. My surgeon told me to massage it and that it’d go away but it only became worse. After that my surgeon just left the clinic and couldn’t contact him. What could the bump(feels like a bone) be?

This is generally because of two reasons: 1- New bone formation called callus in the bump area. 2- Periosteum (tiny membrane covering the bones) heypertrophy. In these cases unfortunately medical treatments or massage will not work. A minor revision surgery stands like a good solution to fix the bump reccurence.
