Age 33. In great shape. exercise and weight train regulary. roughly 10-12% body fat. Chest still looks puffy after 1 year post surgery. Can feel tissue on both sides that is not muscle or fat. Left side is more visible from upper view looking down. right side is visible from both front & upper view. Right side cones out and looks puffy going into lower armpit area. Left side make chest look fuller and tissue appears to be bulkier located on the inner side of nipple.

In order for us to assess the outcome of a procedure we need to see before and after pictures. Your results may be acceptable and should not have a revision based on what you looked like before or the procedure may have been insufficient.
I think your welcome is related to how tissue was...
You still looked very fit and ripped so do not be too hard on yourself!!!
i would need to see you in person but the indentation should improve with fat grafting and if
the bulge is truly due to fat (can tell by palpation) then this could be improved (note the word,
"improved" rather than made...
Thank you for the question. It is likely that you still have fat and/or gland remaining that is causing the fullness. An in-person examination is needed to determine this. I wish you the best of luck. Vasileios Vasilakis, MD. Double board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, Houston. TX.
