Is it normal to have one chest muscle with a very noticeable indent on one side after surgery (more towards center chest, not under nipple). Does this go away? Had gyno surgery due to some tissue growth over 10 years from testosterone. In my opinion it wasn’t very bad to begin with. All I wanted was the nipple to be more rounded. So I could have a better “shape” I now have a dent in the left side chest, can this be fixed?, I also have lost a lot of my side profile contour as the chest is now very flat. With a pocket of fat at the top between my chest and armpit. What would it take to have a good contour restored? Please help..
