I am about 5 weeks post op and still have a really good size dent on my right breast under my arm pit. Will this go away? Is there anything I can do to get it to go away?

I agree that implants generally look better as time goes on, but they should look fairly good right away. I also think that significant asymmetry is never normal after surgery - assuming that there was no asymmetry before. My guess is that the implant that looks oblong will need a pocket...
Your implants are settling in. If you compare your before and after pics, you'll see that your breasts are the same just fuller, which is what the implants do: they add volume, they do not lift breast. To address your nipple position, a lift would be required, or over time implants...
