Hi I've recently had 340 cc mentor over muscle implants. Initially they were perfectly pert but too far apart. Now they have dropped but worried they are too low & the nipples way too low & hoped for 2nd opinion. Also I expect I will want a re op in 5 to 7 years; would unders be better? These seem more popular but my surgeon was reluctant to consider these. I'm sure I'm being over critical & they are a huge improvement but my dream was to not need a bra & I would still feel too saggy to do this

The weight of your implants is approximately 1 pound for each implant.The weight of the gel is about the same as water.Water weighs 1 gm per cc.500 cc water = 500 grams.So a 500 cc gel implant = about 500 grams.500 grams = .5 kilo.5 kilo = .5 x 2.2 x 1000 = approximately 1 pound. Best wishes
