OK. So we are going to do a little simple math. 492 cc equals 492 gms.  It is 2.2 lbs per kilogram and so you are looking at just over a pound per implant.

Great question. SIlicone weighs just slightly more than breast tissue of a similar volume. That is because part of the breast is fat which weighs less per cc than real breast tissue (or silicone) does. But right after surgery you will find your weight goes up by even more because of fluid retention. That will dissapear ofver a week or two.
