I have a fair number of Asian patients, and there are subtle differences to their treatment.I can definitely say, however, that I couldn't tell you exactly what style and size implant you would need to get your desired result without a consultation with you first.  Besides telling me exactly what you want, I need to do an examination and take a number of measurements in order to determine what will fit you properly.  We then have you try on a range of sizers to see what you are most comfortable with.In terms of breast augmentation in an Asian woman specifically.All the best !

I do admire the cleavage you posted. Breast implants make you a larger version of yourself. You are not going to look like a picture or someone else. Without an examination, it is impossible to tell you what size will be appropriate for you and whether or not the photo you admire is realistic for you. Every size looks different in every patient. In general, for your overall stature, 300 cc may be a good option. 

Hi Annis,your question is very common, however there is no way to answer it without examining you, your current chest and breast anatomy and then trying on implant sizers.  This is ideally done with your plastic surgeon.  You want to look for a surgeon board certified in Plastic Surgery who you can trust.You should bring with you to the consultation pics of what you like and what you don't like so that he/she can fully understand what it is that you want

Without see/examining you it would be impossible to say what you can achieve for results.  Also, know that getting the right size or the exact size is a bit tricky and not an exact measurement.  The best thing to do is review plastic surgeon's before/after photos (make sure they show you three views from each patient - front, quarter turn and profile views) to choose your surgeon.

Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering  breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining  breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as  “natural” or "B or C cup”  etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate.
 The use of computer imaging technology may also be very helpful during this communication process.
3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.

It is difficult to answer your question without examining you or at least a photo. I think your best option is to visit a board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and make a proper recommendation on implant size.

You need to have a formal consultation, breast and chest measurements, and a breast implant sizing system consult to select the breast implant size that is best for you.That said, 300 cc silicone gel breast implants should achieve the look that you want as shown in the photograph.In my experience round, smooth moderate profile plus gel implants provide the most natural look.  Textured implants can feel more firm than smooth-walled implants.  Shaped breast implants are notorious for position abnormalities which can create an unnatural look.  Please consult an expert board certified plastic surgeon.
