What can improve my neck lipo results? (Photos)

Question

I am very unhappy with neck lipo results. A year ago I opted to have neck lipo. I was 30 with good skin. I have expressed concerns multiple times to the surgeon about the uneven looking results, particularly noticeable if I look up. I feel it is unnatural looking as there is no fat directly under my chin and he didn’t touch the sides of my under-jaw. He insists this is a good result. I have lost faith, waited a year, and am now starting to seek other opinions. Where do I go from here? I am desperate for a normal looking jawline.

Hello,You appear to have areas of contour  irregularity and thinning that may be improved with fat grafting. This is a delicate area and must be handled carefully as there is a small margin for over extraction of fat. You may in addition to fat grafting benefit from minimal contouring of the jawline to improve facial definition. Dear, in order to get a smooth skin surface, a thin layer of fat tissue must remain. When there is nothing left, the appearance is uneven and unpleasant. In your case, I recommend to release the fibrotic scarring tissue and perform micro fat grafts targeted on all depressions. Best regards!

I’m so sorry you feel so bad about your result. Your photos do you no justice. if your surgeon was a board certified Plastic surgeon, who operated on you at a certified facility and had done tons of neck lipo, trust her or him. If not see one, because nothing beats an in house consultation. Be sure to ask; how many neck lipo cases did you do last year dr. & how many fat grafting and re-lipo procedures did you do on them? Do not settle for vague answers and you’ll be in good hands

The only way to fix the contour would be to do fat grafting into the neck. It appears they took too much out of certain areas.
