Do I need a second round of lipo, or is it only loose skin requiring tightening with J-plasma? (photos)

Hello,There is no evidence that any of these devices can tighten abdominal skin in any meaningful way. All one has to do is see the deceitful photographs (from every company that makes these devices) using lighting or exposure (or photoshop) to create a result. 

Thank you for your question and photos!  Based on your photos, you do appear to be a good candidate for some touch up to your liposuction followed by the J-Plasma internal ski tightening procedure.  I recommend that you consult with board certified plastic surgeons in your area to discuss your options and thoroughly review their before and after photos to make sure that you are booking with someone who can produce results that will make you happy!  Best of luck to you on your journey!

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you don't have extra fat, then there is no need for a revision. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

To do j-plasma requires going back to the operating room and having some form of liposuction again.  In order for the J plasma tube to be inserted some sort of tunneling has to be made for the device to get under the skin.  This is generally always done with a liposuction cannula.  J-plasma should've been done with your first round of the bow suction if you wanted that treatment. so the answer to your question is by default yes. Not necessarily because you need liposuction but because liposuction is generally needed before you can have J-plasma.  Hope that makes some sense.  Best, Mats Hagstrom
