How Can I Improve my Saggy Deflated Breasts?

.There are many ways to improve your breasts. Lollipop lift (vertical lift), donut
(periareola) lift, Benelli lift, crescent lift, anchor lift (inverted T ). Most commonly, we prefer the
lollipop or donut lift because of the shape, small scars and easier healing.
Although the “anchor-shape” or inverted “T” incision is still more popular in
the United States, it represents an older technique with extensive scarring and
a less optimal result in many cases. These newer techniques are utilized in the
vast majority of cases, the rare exception being extremely large breasts. The
nipple-areola complex is repositioned higher, the excess skin is removed, and
the breast is reshaped in a pleasing contour and in a more normal position.

The crescent lift removes a small amount of skin at the top of
the areola. We find that there is very little
lift and the areola becomes oval in shape and distorted with this
method.

The Benelli lift as performed by most surgeons is just the donut
lift, removing a donut shaped piece of areola and skin then using a
#Pursestring or double purse-string suture to tighten the skin. A true Benelli actually will expose much of
the breast through this incision and then the breast itself is shaped and
lifted with sutures. This is a more
complex procedure and is often not done as describe by Dr. Benellil.

The insertion of an
implant as well, may be advisable to restore superior fullness, which is lost
with aging and after pregnancy despite the rest of the breast being overly
large. Fat grafting can be used instead
of implants to improve the contours of the breast.

Looking at your photos, you'd probably get a better result with a lift. You can try a lift with fat transfer to minimize scarring. That would give you a perkier contour and a good size.

You are an outstanding candidate for a breast lift.  You have nice breast tissue but excess skin and low areolas.  I would expect you to have a great result from breast lift surgery.

         It’s not unusual for
patients to lose breast volume and develop breast sag following pregnancy. It’s
apparent from your pictures and history that you have lost significant breast
volume following breast feeding and would like to have your breast volume
restored to its pre-pregnancy level.

 

         The severity of your
breast sag requires a traditional breast lift with an anchor incision. A breast
implant could be placed in a sub muscular position to add upper breast fullness
and volume.

 

         Consultation with a
board certified plastic surgeon would be an appropriate next step. 

If you're considering a surgical breast lift,
one way to see if it might help you is to put a pencil under your breast and
see if it stays there. If it does, a breast lift might be an option.


The most common breast lift operation, called mastopexy,
repositions the nipple higher on the chest wall. Women usually get this
procedure on an outpatient basis, meaning there's no overnight stay. It takes
about two hours and is usually done under general anesthesia. Basal your specific pictures I think that you will need a breast lift, and not only a breast implant.


 


Implants should not be used to lift a breast as this will
change in time, making the condition and droopiness worse in a matter of years.
It is almost impossible to give you an idea without a proper physical
examination.  There are a number of
measurements we used during our pre-operative consultation determined to
determine if a lift if needed.  Please
make sure you discussed this with your plastic surgeon and make sure or usable
over the pros and cons of each procedure.

Thanks for the posted photos. My recommendations are full or l shaped lift and 300 cc HP implant. Best to see 3 boarded surgeons in person. 

Based upon your photos, it looks like you could benefit from a lift and an implant.  Good luck finding the right surgeon.

I'm afraid that the only way to predictably improve the shape of your breasts is with a lift.  As you mention, the downside is the scarring, which is more extensive than if you have an implant.  An implant will make your breasts bigger and will take up some of the slack skin, but not enough to give you back a nice shape. In fact tthe worry about putting an implant in without a lift, is that the breast would 'fall off' the implant and give you a 'double bubble deformity'.

I think that a lift would give you a great result, but you have to be prepared to take on the scars.  Good luck.

A breast lift will make you more youthful, toned, better shaped but not fake.  This plus an implant can add some fullness but stay natural with the right implant.  An implant alone will actually look worse than doing nothing.  Good luck.
