I had a procedure of breast lift with implants four months ago but I don't like the result my boobs were small and saggy and now they are so big and saggy. My upper breast became as wide as my shoulder which I don't like but my my surgeon said it's because of the duo plane position and need time to be OK. Whatdo I need to do to have my breast more lifted and one cup smaller with more projection?
Answer: Breasts I would suggest going with something smaller and relifting your breasts. With smaller implants, your implants will settle down more a be in a better place.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The lift you had was inadequate. At this time, your implants are at one level and your breast tissue is at another level. I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later. fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Luminous761212, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Reductive Augmentation Thank you for your question. It appears that you never had the correct procedure, i.e. removing the inferior pole breast tissue. You are an excellent candidate for a procedure I developed termed "Reductive Augmentation" in which we perform implant exchange to an ultra high-profile silicone implant, lateral and inferior capsulorrhaphy-internal bra, and revision mastopexy with removal of inferior pole breast tissue. I published in 2017 you can view it on my website under publications. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Breast Implant Revision and Uplift Hello and greetings from Turkey. As far as I understand from your photos, your concerns are right. The healing process of the breast implant may take around 6 months of time. I strongly suggest you to wait until the 6 months of time is completed to see your final result after that decide to have the procedure if you want. At this time, the best treatment plan that I can offer you is breast implant renewal with the smaller implants and have the breast uplift.
