Hello, I had e-PTFE (The Pocket Protector) put in my breast pockets in a revision surgery four years ago, to help prevent capsular contracture—it was not successful. Also, the implant location was changed from the sub-pectoral to the pre-pectoral position. I am considering revisional surgery again, and using Strattice. After about 3 years, will the Strattice become less efficient at reducing capsular contracture?
