I have anatomical silicone implants- 270cc's. PreOp I was a small, saggy, (slightly) tubular B. All I wanted was to be a full B with great shape and cleavage. I had my crease lowered and now I feel like I have big, low, widespread breasts with little to no cleavage in a bikini, measuring a C or D. Is there any way I can achieve higher, smaller, and closer together breasts? I have all the same measurements as VS models, with the exception of breasts. How can I achieve this small yet nice look?
Answer: Implant size and type relate to individual anatomy One thing about Victoria's Secret models - like other models - is that they are chosen for their unique bodies. Their breasts are positioned unusually high on the chest, which is different than most women even with the same measurements. So choosing the correct implant profile for your breast base width, along with your desired size should be an improvement but relocating the breasts higher is not a realistic option. Also, tubular breasts often have a wide space between them so enhancing the cleavage can be difficult as well. Finally, keep in mind that the width of the chest influences cup size as much as breast volume so with wide shoulders, full breasts will not likely be in the B cup range.

Answer: Can you give me cleavage if my breasts are wide apart? Individuals with tiny breasts frequently seek breast augmentation hoping to achieve cleavage in addition to size enhancement. This is not always possible, particularly if the breasts are already wide apart or are tuberous (narrow-based, constricted and pointy). The use of extremely large implants can sometimes help with cleavage, but such a size is usually disproportionate, and the patient will often complain that the new breasts are so big that they rub against her arms. Furthermore, there still may still be no cleavage! Implants seek the position of least resistance and will end up where the tissue is loosest - and that is deep to the existing breast. In addition, tuberous breasts have their own set of difficulties that will acquire attention. The use of excessively large prostheses can sometimes give a 'double bubble' appearance even with a full release of the constriction, underscoring of the breast tissue and an areolar reduction. Frequently in Plastic Surgery compromises have to be made to obtain the best result in a particular case. BTW, VS models with small breasts are not above using their own products to push them up and together. With complex problems such as yours it is important to consult with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and fully understand the issues and difficulties before embarking on further surgery..

Answer: Best implant choice for tall, slim woman with wide spread breasts? It is difficult to give you good advice without viewing your own pictures. You may wish to submit frontal/side deals with your next question. It is possible, based on your description, that you will benefit from revisionary breast surgery; capsulorrhaphy ( adjusting the breast implant pockets) and selection of appropriate size/profile breast implants may help you achieve your goals. I look forward to seeing your next post, along with photographs. You may find the attached link, dedicated to revisionary breast surgery concerns, helpful to you. Best wishes.

Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. Without photos it is difficult to recommend options. However, perhaps your implant pocket is a bit wider than you would like it; a revision breast surgery with narrowing of the pocket may help. Unfortunately, you may have been wide breasted to begin with and by placing implants it made your breasts appear even wider. As plastic surgeons, we tend to stay inside the breast footprint and avoid if possible going beyond this. Hope this helps.

Answer: Breast augmentation in tuberous breasts does have its challenges. Even in breasts that are only slightly tuberous, there may be some anatomical challenges that your surgeon met with during the procedure that limited your final results. It’s definitely possible that making some changes in the size, shape or placement of your implant may make a difference. However, there could be limitations too. For example, subglandular implants typically offer more cleavage, but not every woman is an ideal candidate for subglandular placement. Definitely bring your example photos and your concerns to a surgeon who is very experienced with implant revision to find out about your options, and don’t hesitate to get multiple opinions before scheduling surgery.
