Can I use conditioner only on my head 6 months post-op FUE? No shampoo.

After 6 months, you should be able to return to your regular routine. If you are concerned, it is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery instructions.

There are a variety of conditioners on the market, but 6 months out patients should be able to wear conditioner in their head.  In my practice, patients can start using shampoo within first week and conditioner by 2nd week.  Best Dr. Anil Shah

Yes at 6 months you can use whatever scalp products you choose. This should have been in your post op notes.

Within a week or two you should be able to go back to your regular routine of shampoo + conditioner. At 6 months you have waited more than enough and can treat your hair normally.

At 6 months, everything has healed and your scalp and hair should be as it was prior to having a hair transplant so doing what you did prior to the transplant is fine. If using only conditioner was your style of treating your hair then do it
