Hi I’m now 6 Months post op and I was wondering if I can use conditioner only on my head? no shampoo. Shampoo makes my hair fluffy/puffy so is it ok if I use conditioner only
Answer: 6 months post-op After 6 months, you should be able to return to your regular routine. If you are concerned, it is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery instructions.

Answer: Can I use conditioner only on my head 6 months post-op FUE? No shampoo. Yes at 6 months you can use whatever scalp products you choose. This should have been in your post op notes.

Answer: Conditioner 6 months post procedure There are a variety of conditioners on the market, but 6 months out patients should be able to wear conditioner in their head. In my practice, patients can start using shampoo within first week and conditioner by 2nd week. Best Dr. Anil Shah

Answer: Washing Hair Within a week or two you should be able to go back to your regular routine of shampoo + conditioner. At 6 months you have waited more than enough and can treat your hair normally.

Answer: 6 months At 6 months, everything has healed and your scalp and hair should be as it was prior to having a hair transplant so doing what you did prior to the transplant is fine. If using only conditioner was your style of treating your hair then do it
