I had my first sleep (sleeping 45 degrees) last night and woke up with dried blood on my forehead coming from one of the grafts, is this normal or is the graft dead

Answer: Dried blood on the head Immediately after your transplant your grafts are delicate. It is difficult to know whether the dried blood is because one the grafts has come out following a sleep or whether it is just bleeding from the insertion. I would suggest you visit your surgeon to put your mind at ease.

Answer: Bleeding from a graft site Usually bleeding from a graft site indicates a loss of the graft. A loss of a single grafts should not be a concern for you as many more are there
