I had my first sleep (sleeping 45 degrees) last night and woke up with dried blood on my forehead coming from one of the grafts, is this normal or is the graft dead

Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 2000-2500 grafts might be good option for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.
It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results. If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor. Grafts cannot be dislodge after a week or so. At 55 days you are safe.
