Post FUE surgery, my scalp itches and gets very oily, not sure if this is normal or not. Its been 3 months since surgery now. I wash my hair every other day with pura d'or shampoo and sometimes I wash it with a bar soap to get the oil out. I did my surgery overseas. I've never had an oily scalp before. I did what I was told by my doctor, used baby shampoo for the first month in a cup, never got aggressive with my scalp.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. There is no clear way to tell if you lost a graft. Bleeding is one sign that you may have lost a graft.
Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 2000-2500 grafts might be good option for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.
