Can the grafts fall off 55 days after FUE hair transplant? (Photo)

Today is my 55 day after fue hair transplant and I found that like a small shell is pulling out from a hole in my head skin and after falling out it looked like a fatty blackhead. I hope the pictures are clear. Is the graft fallen off or it is just a small shell and this is normal. Kindly advice.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  There should be no reason why you can't do face exercises.

If the injury was severe enough to cause normal hair loss, then it may be an issue.  It would be impossible to dislodge a graft after a few weeks.

If you already had 4000 FUE harvested, another 4000 grafts will likely made your donor area look depleted and thin.  Discuss your options with your doctor.
