4months since my closed rhinoplasty and poeple been asking if i had nose job everytime i go anywhere it's annoying. My friends telling me that my nose before was better.i wanted a higher nose bridge but i didnt know that it would look so unnatural that everyone i meet will ask me if i had surgery. all i wanted was a natural looking nose where theyll wonder if you had it done or not. I want to know the factors that are making my nose look fake.I cant figure out why is my nose so fake looking.
Answer: Fake look after asian rhinoplasty? Your photos are of limited value due to limited perspective and inconsistent size and angles, nonetheless they provide some useful information. It appears to me as if the addition of whatever was put in the dorsum (bridge) appears to have made your nose look too thing and too "tall."

Answer: Artificial looking rhinoplasty overall this is not a bad result but it is somewhat apparent that you have had surgery. If I had to guess this surgery was done overseas or possibly on the west coast of the US. And even though you wanted to build your bridge to have it looked higher I suspect that there is an L-shaped implant present creating a somewhat narrow appearance to the tip. I do not think that this is a bad looking nose. However, my practice is primarily Asian facial plastics and this is very typical of a Korean style rhinoplasty that is extremely popular across the globe right now and has surgeons doing the exact same thing for almost every single patient.Try not to be too distressed because again I do not think that this looks bad but if you don't like it you'll need to revise it by replacing cartilage and the tip that may have been taken out. It's really hard for me to say what techniques specifically you will need because I'm not sure what is been done but I do think there is a sizable L-shaped implant present. If this is all cartilage work that was done in the tip than I would say that it is fairly impressive work. Many patients would be happy with this result

Answer: Nose Job looks fake There are at least 3 factors that contributed to your concern:1. Your tight skin to begin with prior to surgery2. The design of the implant which invited visible capsular contracture around the implant, for instance, the edge of the bridge is contrastingly sharp and the apex angle does not blend with the glabella but rather forms a sharp demarcation.3. The tip was reduced nicely but may be too skinny. This can be improved by changing the implant or at least a minor touch up with fillers.Consult your surgeon for your options.
