What procedure should I look into for my teeth that don’t show when I talk, smile or laugh? (Photos)

Without the benefit of a consultation and going by your photos, it does not appear that you are a candidate for the lip lift procedure. (Did you recently have lip fillers?).  If the distance between the base of your nose and upper lip vermilion is less than 15 mm, then lip lift surgery is not indicated. Corrective jaw surgery allows the surgeon to re-position the upper jaw into a more aesthetic position and the allow teeth to be seen. 

You should get a lip lift if you are looking for more teeth show, fillers can be used however to help ever the lips as well with botox as a lip flip. see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

A lip lift might be the best choice for you. This surgical procedure lifts the upper lip slightly, decreasing distance between the nose and lip and increasing teeth show when you smile. The procedure requires a single incision at the base of the nose, leaving little visible scarring behind. I encourage you to schedule an assessment with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon for additional evaluation and a customized treatment plan.

You appear to be a great candidate for a lip lift. It would shorten the philtrum, increase your dental show, increase the upper red lip volume, and provide more balance to the lower face. Thank you for your photos. You can benefit from a lip lift. This will slightly shorten the skin between you nose and your lips and will help bring your lip up which will look more full as well as show teeth. This is a surgical procedure with minimal downtime. I would recommend that you have an in-office visit so precise measurements can be performed of your lip and nose to determine exactly how much skin should be removed. Hope this helps!Johnson C.
