Hello, my philtrum length is about 20mm. My nose is slightly upturned looking straight on. My nose/nostrils flare a bit when I smile (I don’t know if that would affect possibility of a lip lift). The longer upper lip does appear to be masked by the filler (Versa) that was placed a couple months ago. I don’t want to have I he dribbles further weigh my upper lip down. Youthful appearance in mind when inquiring about lip lift. Thank you!
