1.5 days post-op nose fillers, is this swelling? (photos)

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin. A profile photo would be interesting to see the amount of nasal tip projection that was achieved. You certainly had a significant change on the front view of your nasal tip. Thank you for your question. So soon after treatment, what you describe is more than likely swelling which can last up to 2 weeks. My advice would be to be patient while the swelling goes down and if you are still unhappy with results after 2 weeks you can book a review with your practitioner.

I think that you are still swollen to some degree and that it will improve with time to some degree. However, I think that you would likely be better served with a regular rhinoplasty. I recommend that you see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for best results.Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 1-2 weeks after filler injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It appears to be swelling as it is only 1.5 day since your injection.  And Restylane tends to swell more you manipulate and massage the area that is injected.  
I would wait longer to see if the swelling goes down more.   Like you said, after 2 weeks, if it is still swollen, you can dissolve it. 

It may be residual swelling.  The product also has a tendency to settle after injection.  If the look has not improved in 3 weeks, you may certainly consider dissolving it.

I don't think that you were a candidate for a nonsurgical nose job. The filler has made your tip larger and rounder. I don't believe this is going to all go away in the next week. I think you needed a surgical rhinoplasty to improve you tip. Please see a surgeon in a week or 2 to determine if you want to go through with surgery. My guess is that you won't be happy with this procedure.

Agree with the Specialist on the forum. Firstly to second Dr Weiner's comments, I have performed many filler procedures to correct deformity post surgery or trauma in this area- if you have realistic expectations, improvement can be achieved with several sessions. As Dr Weiner suggested, surgery is more predictable IN THIS LOCATION, secondly, since its only 1.5 days ago, the picture is clouded with potential swelling in this area.
