I had nose filler done (restylane) 1.5 days ago, for a tiny hump fix and tip lift. The side view i like, but the front view, I absolutely hate it, it made my ugly nose uglier !! Question is does it look like swelling or is this the final look. Day of fillers (Friday) the tip of my nose became a huge ball and as of today (Sunday) it has gone down alot, but still looks a little swollen or at least im hoping it is!! If not swollen im praying these next 2 weeks go by fast so i can dissolve it !!

Answer: You were certainly still swollen only two days after a non nose job treatment.
In our experience, adding fillers to the nasal tip may result in a wider nasal tip appearance. Your initial favorable result had the most swelling, and nearly all of your swelling is resolved a month later. It is not clear why you are having redness and discoloration of your nasal tip and bridge...
Fillers are deposited deep to the skin of your nose. I do not believe that utilizing a scrub and exfoliation device on your nose will cause any problems. It may indeed be helpful for resolution of swelling. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
If you're severely dissatisfied with the appearance of your relatively white nasal tip, in our opinion, the best option would be rhinoplasty surgery. Adding fillers to the tip of your nose could result in a wider nasal tip appearance than you already have. I hope this is helpful, and thank you...
