Can I use a face wash cleanser/exfoliate on my skin 5 days after a non-surgical nose job?

Hi, I've just had juvederm inserted for a non surgical rhinoplasty treatment. It has now coming up to 5 days. I usually exfoliate my skin every night but have held off doing so since getting the juvederm. Is it now safe to do so as the one I use requires a bit of scrubbing & I wish to get rid of my flaky skin but not if it affects the rhinoplasty. Many thanks!
