Question

I already have quite a round face and though I’ve found people enjoying the youthful and cute features, I’d like to have a more alluring defined nose tip. What procedure would be best and possibly?

If you're severely dissatisfied with the appearance of your relatively white nasal tip, in our opinion, the best option would be rhinoplasty surgery. Thank you for your question. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers like Voluma, Restylane, and Juvederm along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip; however, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve the nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

with a nonsurgical nose job, filler is used to contour the shape of the nose. In the right hands, the provider can achieve your desired look but I would recommend going to a reputable injector and the nose is highly vascular.

unfortunately when you smile you flatten the tip of your nose even more......you need an in person evaluation. In my practice I inject the nose in the desired location with some anesthetic to see if it will work. .
