Have I completely ruined my face with a non-surgical nose job? (photos)

I had a non-surgical nose job on the 29th of September. My immediate results were amazing. My side profile looked great and face-on I had a natural highlight. Getting it done I had a lot of bleeding, a LOT of swelling, and it felt as if the cannula went too deep in the tip of my nose - those areas were unbelievably painful and I have a high tolerance for pain! My questions are 1) is it normal for my nose to still be red/bruised over a month later? And 2) why did the filler not hold shape?

In our experience, adding fillers to the nasal tip may result in a wider nasal tip appearance. Your initial favorable result had the most swelling, and nearly all of your swelling is resolved a month later. It is not clear why you are having redness and discoloration of your nasal tip and bridge. Please visit your doctor to show him or her your concern, and seek treatment. Thanks for your question, and I'm sorry to hear that you have had an unpleasant experience.Redness/bruising one month later: if you had significant bruising then it could still be bruising and may take a little longer to settle; I have had one patient who developed some broken vessels over the nasal tip after treatment which required laser treatment to resolve it so this is another possible explanation. Filler not holding shape: I wonder which filler was used? A good filler for the nose will hold its shape well and typically give a good result for a year or more.If you have concerns I suggest that you consult your practitioner, who should be pleased to advise you.Best wishes.
