How can I over come this problem without surgery...if surgery is compulsory how much does it cost
Answer: Gynecomastia, Male Breast Reduction, Nipple Reduction, Puffy Nipples I appreciate your question and your concerns. The appearance of your chest can have a big impact on your masculinity. Gynecomastia treatment can restore confidence in your appearance, make you feel more masculine, give you more freedom in clothing options, correct poor posture, and make sports more enjoyable, but too often most men who suffer from gynecomastia do not seek treatment because they don’t know a surgeon they can trust. As a result, one’s quality of life can suffer dramatically due to gynecomastia. Fortunately, there are many ways to correct gynecomastia, all surgical procedures, but some less invasive than others. In cases of moderate to severe gynecomastia, I may recommend surgery where an incision would be placed around your areola or under your armpit and breast tissue removed from inside the breast. Or if the gynecomastia is mild, liposuction may be used to remove small pockets of fat from the chest. Once the desired shape and size of the chest has been achieved, I can also resize the nipple and areola complex, to give you a smaller more masculine looking nipples if they have been stretched out due to the growth of breast tissue. Once again the best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic surgery. best of luck! Answer: Gynecomastia Hi naresh234, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the only treatment for gynecomastia is surgery. The surgery combines liposuction of the area along with removal of the breast tissue through a small incision within the lower half of the nipple crease. The surgery takes about 45 minutes to complete and requires little downtime after. I have my patients wear a special compression shirt for 4 weeks to minimize swelling. I suggest an in-person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon for more information...best of luck!

Answer: Non-surgical options for gynecomastia? Unfortunately surgery is the only solution for gynecomastia. If what you have is pseudogynecomastia, which is caused by fat alone, it is possible you could have "CoolSculpting" treatments which freezes the fat and then the fat cells die. However, men who have gynecomastia caused by fat alone is a very small percentage. The only other thing that you could do would be to wear compression vests that help hide man boobs. Good luck.

Answer: Gynecomastia Hello, Thanks for your query. Most Gynecomastia are physiological and not a disease. Though people have tried Tamoxifen tablets it is not very effective and recurrence high. The only effective way to treat it is by surgical removal of gland. It is simple and effective treatment.

Answer: Gynecomastia - non-surgical option? Gynecomastia or enlarged male breasts typically comprises of proliferated breast tissue and/or fat. If the chest does not have any breast tissue and comprises only of fat, then it can be classified as pseudo-gynecomastia. Pseudo-gynecomastia can be rectified non-surgically, using diet/lifestyle changes, exercise or even cool sculpting. However, for 'true' gynecomastia, surgery is the only option to remove the enlarged tissue underneath. Depending on the grade of gynecomastia, surgery can range from INR 50,000 to 95,000.
