Hi. I've undergone an FUE hair transplant of 3000 grafts 6 months ago. I am really worried about the result because density has improved only a bit and am not sure if i can expect any further growth post 6 months of transplant. Could someone please advise what to do?

Answer: Final results after hair transplant The growth pattern of transplanted hair varies from one person to another. Depending on various factors, the first results of your hair transplant procedure will start to become apparent between the 4th and 8th months. However, the final result of the procedure is evident at about 12 months after surgery, and this period may be extended up until 18 months in certain cases. It is recommended that Finasteride be taken during this period for the maximum positive outcome.

Answer: You should expect... to see full results 12 months post procedure. While some patients do observe good regrowth passed the 6 months mark it takes more time for others. Don't be alarmed and just be patient. In a few months you should be noticing a significant difference.
