Hi,Its been 50 days post op(FUT) , When i touch donor area feeling numbness..is it danger sign?

Answer: Numbness in donor Feeling numbness in the donor area at this time after your procedure is not a danger sign,rather it is quite normal.Several small nerves that supply sensation to your scalp routinely get cut during strip removal resulting in a numb feeling in and above the donor area.Nerves regenerate very slowly so it can take some time until complete sensation is restored.It is not uncommon to have numbness for 6-12 months after the procedure.You're ok!

Answer: Numbness A little numbness is normal for several months after the initial procedure. As long as it's not getting significantly worse or you have other side effects, it shouldn't be a cause for concern. You can always follow up with your doctor if you aren't convinced.

Answer: Numbness in donor area Having numbness in the donor area is common after a procedure. It can persist for 3-6 months post op before resolving. As long as you are not having any redness or pain in the area, you are ok.
