Hey, I'm considering doing a HASCI Hair Transplant. I've seen some bad reviews of it on the internet. Is it real or fake? What are your thoughts on it?

Technically you can have a transplant despite a weak donor area, it's just not advised because the back of your head will look sparse or even patchy afterward and the scars may be visible, because all the hair has been moved to the top of your head.

Yes, it is possible, but very dependent on exactly how much area needs to be filled, hair thickness, the quality of the donor area, and quality of body hair. This would need to be determined on a case by case basis by a doctor in person. Even with pictures this would be hard to estimate...
