I went for 1 PRP session and i didn't see any improvement in hair loss at all, what can I do now?

Thank you for your question. You will need AT LEAST 3-6 treatments that are spaced 6 weeks apart. Realistically you wouldn't notice hair growth until after the 2nd treatment due to the slow follicle growth cycles. In my office we are implementing the "igrow" helmet to our PRP treatments as well. If you are a Norwood Class 2-3 - as you describe "1st stage balding" it may be that you are experiencing normal maturation of your hairline and not true balding. If this is the case, PRP won't help. Most clinical trials on PRP are small at this point so there is no definitive data on the exact frequency to do PRP but, in general, most protocols start with 3 treatments monthly in succession.  Then the consensus is to repeat at regular intervals for maintenance about every 4-6 months. Some patients may be able to go a year before retreatment. Results vary between patients. Some patients do not respond to PRP while others respond very well.

Not everyone responds well to PRP, and typically you need 3-4 treatments for results.  After one PRP treatment you may notice some subtle improvement after a few months.
