Hello all, I am considering having a lip filler with the Hyaluron pen, I am afraid of needles. I'll do with a doctor. But I wonder if there are risks of vascular occlusion with the pen? I know a doctor should know anatomy and have hyaluronidase. But even in with trained and license doctors I know there are risks and it can happen. I want to know specifically about the Hyaluron pen and if it does have the risk of vascular occlusion, would the reason be because the HA can press on a vessel? THX
