Hello, my lips have extra bags of skin beneath them. I tried googling to see if I could find someone experiencing the same issue, but came up with nothing, so I have provided pictures to explain the issue I am seeing with a visual aid. With my face resting I have extra tissue below my bottom lip, but it’s not extremely noticeable. However, these two extra (bag of fat I guess?) become extremely noticeable when I smile. I am wondering why my bottom lip has these bags under them and what I can do to correct this issue. Thanks in advance!

Answer: Mini Facelift & Mini neck lift -- FaceTite RF for internal skin tightening + Neck Liposuction for definition/contouring
Hi, I am sorry you have been dealing with this. I recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for full evaluation and treatment.
Hi @NinaDixon! I would recommend at least 3 syringes for the desired lips shown above. I would recommend 1 syringe per session 4 weeks apart to prevent overfilling. Restylane Kysse and Defyne work great!
Thank you for your question and for providing photos. I suggest fillers to treat the area. Fillers are often used to contour any part of the face. I suggest scheduling a consultation with an experienced physician to discuss which filler would work best for you. Hope this helps. All the best.
